Do not play play with Dr Jeffrey Khoo, Dr Quek Suan Yew and Dr Das Koshy in Far Eastern Bible College in Singapore, these are self proclaimed false theologians and Bible lecturers. I called them the three baba and nyonya theologians, do not "main main" or "play play," or try to be funny with them, they have no mercy with their students, they use all kinds of means to force their students to accept theirs false teaching such as the Verbal Plenary Preservation, they are teaching the Greek and Hebrew texts underlying the King James Bible are perfect without any scribal error, if you do not accept their false teachings, watch out on the graduation day, they will not let you wear the graduation gowns, they  may ask you to stop in the middle of school term, they have no mercy with fellow pastors, they bully those who have different thinking, their friends can turn into enemies because of a few bible verses, when you do not agree with their personal opinions, they have no mercy on you, they will call you names, something like neo-evangelical, modernist....they have no mercy, they have academic string of degrees, they have big houses, big "churches," they have big vans, they have every thing a young man can have, but they have no mercy and no love, do not play play with them, especially theirs Verbal Plenary Preservation.....But I like to play with their names in blog spaces, to turn over them! Around, around and round, until they are fainted!

Prayer for Far Eastern Bible College

I pray to the Father God in heaven, so that He may grant you good way ahead, may His blessing goes before you, and may His power continue to settle on you.

I also pray that the Bible teachers and lecturers in Far Eastern Bible College in Singapore to continue to teach vital doctrines of God faithfully, and stay away from heresies, and to repent from sin of egos and prides, and result in taking good path in following the good example of Christ, and to see Verbal Plenary Preservation as a personal conviction, I pray that God the Father in heaven will grant you heavenly wisdom, so that you may know how to live in peace with your neighbors, and become a light for the people on earth. May God the Spirit come upon you so that He becomes your helper and teacher and even comforter when you are in needs and difficulties, may the Love of the Lord, and the mercies of God, and the power of the Holy God the Spirit, be with you all, and you will make peace with you fellow B-P pastors, live in unity, so that the blessing from God continue to flow in you and to others related to you. May Jesus' Name be praised, may you turn away from idols, and receive the shines from the face of the Lord, may His light shine upon you forever and ever. I pray this in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Personal conviction, opinion and view

The false teachers and the heretics in Far Eastern Bible College in Singapore have a personal conviction, that the Greek and Hebrew text underlying the KJV, where KJV was translated from, is perfect without error! This is only a personal conviction, personal opinion or personal view. You should not force people to accept your personal conviction, opinion or view.

If my personal conviction or personal opinion or personal view, was not accepted by most people, than I will rather keep it to myself and my friends, in my blog!

1. I will not make church to split.

2. I will not force people to accept them!

3. I will not sue a church, if a church do not like my personal conviction, opinion or view.

But sad to say, these false teachers and heretics are terribly proud! Due to their personal conviction, personal opinion and personal view they split churches, sue a church, force theirs students and others to accept their heretical teachings. This is ridiculous!


The false teachers in Far Eastern Bible College are arousing or deserving ridicule : extremely silly or unreasonable! Understand this first! 

These false teachers and heretics are evil, in the sense they do not love others more than themselves. Selfish and sowing seed of hatred among Bible-Presbyterian Churches in South East Asia. May God have mercy on them!

Why I am writing this blog? To warn you, so that you may not follow those false teachers in Far Eastern Bible College? Why you cannot see this, for most of all, the fact is, Verbal Plenary Preservation is a personal view, a personal conviction, a personal opinion, and it is a lie!

Most of the Bible-Presbyterian Churches in South East Asia are rejecting Verbal Plenary Preservation!

Stop this nonsense "Verbal Plenary Preservation" first, before you judge me accordingly!

Singapore flat residents involved in a thorny issue

SINGAPORE - A durian tree in Moulmein Road, Singapore, became a thorn in relations among residents of a HDB block of flats nearby when fights ensued over who could claim the fruits.

The Straits Times reported that the dispute began three years ago when a resident, known only as Chua, said he was just looking at the tree when another resident, R. Lim, shouted at him to stay away from "his tree".

He claimed his father planted the tree 20 years ago.

Last week, resident Lily Wee called police after Lim, a businessman in his 50s, shouted expletives at her when she wanted to take a durian.

"There are three kinds of people in this world - the good, the bad and the ugly. He belongs to the last group," said Wee, calling Lim a "durian bully".

Residents would wait under the tree each fruiting season, sometimes for hours, to take the ripened fruits.

"We can always get fruit from Geylang, but we choose to wait here to kio liu lian," said a resident known as Patrick, referring to a Hokkien phrase expressing the thrill of getting free durians.

About 100 durians could be harvested each year from the single tree, which first bore fruit seven years ago.

Frustrated over the fiasco, some residents had asked for the tree to be chopped down, but the Moulmein-Kallang municipal council had let the tree be.

It will, however, put up two notices stating that the neighbourhood trees belong to the Housing Board and are maintained by the town council.

Resident Peter Yang approved of not chopping the tree, and said neighbours had begun to bond as they queued and chatted while waiting for the fruits to fall.

"Despite a little bit of nonsense, you still get some good out of it," he said.

Cat lover and pastor's wife in dispute over cats

There is a catfight over cats along Ceylon Road.

Madam Tan Beow Eng, a resident who has been feeding strays there, has accused Madam Chng Guat Eng of blinding a cat with insecticide. Madam Chng's husband is a pastor of a church in the area.

Madam Chng denied the insecticide allegation, saying she had sprayed not the cat but the cockroaches attracted to the leftover food. She also had her own complaint - that stray cats dirtied the church compound often.

VPP heresy and the bullying of a Chinese congregation

In the Christian Church heresy does not come as a total package. It builds up gradually. It develops within the minds of heretics as they succumb to the temptations of Satan. The day will come when it finally shows itself in its true form.

VPP is no exception. It started with the illusory religious zeal to defend the King James Bible and showed its true form when one of the founding senior pastors of the BP movement in Singapore 'preached',

"We must be careful; not every Bible is the Word of God...it [NKJV] is a very corrupt Bible...it has a Satanic logo...Satanic logo on the front cover...There is only one Bible today in English true to the Word of God...the King James Bible."

"In case you're in any doubt let me assure you. THE TRUTH OF GOD'S WORD WILL BE SETTLED NOT IN ANY OTHER LANGUAGE BIBLE BUT IN ENGLISH." The Chinese translator could hardly believe his ears and the pastor repeated the sentence.

It's therefore not surprising that the VPP heresy is a form of Ruckmanism.

The senior pastor, together with the elders from his church (Calvary BP Pandan), are bullying the Chinese-speaking congregation into subscribing to VPP. The Chinese congregation can't accept this because their Bible, the CUV is based on the Westcott and Hort (W-H) texts. The VPP proponents view the W-H texts as Satanic inspired, hence implying that the CUV is from Satan.

The VPP heretics have forgotten of how God used the CUV in the Asian Awakening (where an estimated 200,000-300,000 souls were saved 1928-1949) through His faithful servant (John) Sung Shang Chieh.

The Chinese-speaking congregation has written an irrefutable defence of orthodox Christianity once delivered to the saints. Our God is no respecter of race or language (Acts 10:34) although the VPP advocates think that God favour the English and Americans over other races.

Verbal Plenary Preservation - Perfect KJV-Onlyism is a false witness that sows discord among brethren (Prov 6:19)

The Perfect KJV (KJV-Onlyism, KJV Onlyism, or KJVO) heresy is an abandonment of the Historic Reformed Faith and the Westminster Confession of Faith and comes in two forms : –

·         Ruckmanism, which holds to an inspired 1611 translation (“double inspiration”) resulting in a perfect English Bible.  Where there is a discrepancy between the English and its underlying Hebrew Masoretic or Greek TR texts, the English is to be taken as more correct!?

·         Verbal Plenary Preservation, also known as KJV-VPP or VPP-KJV, which holds to an inspired perfect textual criticism or recognition in 1611 which restored the Hebrew and Greek text of the KJV to be jot and tittle identical to the Divine Original Autographs!?

Ruckmanism and KJV-VPP are estranged twin sons of Benjamin Wilkinson, a leading Seventh Day Adventist who wrote “Our AV Vindicated” in 1930.  Wherever it has gone, in whatever circles, Perfect KJV Onlyism has wrecked havoc and caused discord among brethren.

Far Eastern Bible College (FEBC) has sadly not only adopted, but now champions this false Charismatic post-canonical inspiration doctrine.  FEBC cannot prove KJV-VPP – they cannot even convincingly and consistently identify the Hebrew-Greek underlying texts – but they call all who do not hold their views, “Neo-Fundamentalists”, “Neo-Evangelicals” or lacking in saving faith.  In this website, the KJV-VPP heresy is exposed and refuted with clear evidential facts and sound biblical exegesis!  It is our humble, earnest prayer that the Lord would be pleased to deliver His people from this divisive “doctrine”, in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Churchmanship

Churchmanship can be defined as the manifestation on theology in the realm of liturgy, piety and to some extent spirituality. Different groups may identify more with one or the other, or some balance on the two:

1. Highly orthodox church

Fundamentalist, Puritan, Eastern Orthodoxy...reformed...

(some fundamentalists like to think they are living in the 16th century, they like to attack others! they think they are the most holiest, most faithful, most perfect type of Christian)


2. Evangelical

More evangelical in their belief and practices. Word and preaching is central in the service.


3. Charismatic

Knowing The Holy Spirit is our Holy God, A Divine Person living in us!

More teachings about the Holy Spirit in the ministry.

Exercising the gifts of the Holy Spirit universally, in every churches!

Worship in the Spirit.


These three kinds of churchmanship, are under one Head, the Lord Jesus Christ.

Therefore, we are called and united in Christ, we should care and love one another!

This is called the 21st century ecumenical movement!

Review of The VPP Heresy. By Philip Tan

"VPP PROPONENTS BELIEVE THAT UNLESS CHRISTIANS HAVE A PHYSICAL COPY OF BIBLICAL TEXTS IDENTICAL IN CONTENTS TO THE AUTOGRAPHS THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IS IN DOUBT."

The Lord Jesus told the Pharisees that their diligent search of the Scriptures, and having them could not save them (John 5:39) much less possessing copies of Scripture identical to the complete autographs. We have reviewed the teaching of VPP carefully and conclude that it has no biblical foundation. It is at best an opinion or a personal conviction. Taken it its logical conclusion, as FEBC has done, VPP is a heresy. The words of Dr. Price is most apt in describing VPP-KJV, "in dealing with the text of Scripture, one is obligated to work with reliable evidence, not with history reconstructed after a theological agenda".

An Old Fox

I have a friend, an ordained old pastor in Bible Presbyterian Church, he is older than most of us, he used to call the Rev. Dr. Timothy Tow from True Life Bible Presbyterian Church, an old fox!

Only those who are very close with him, know he is an old fox, he began well, but when he was old he became proud, arrogant, self-centered and in the end he became a heretic promoting a heresy: Verbal Plenary Preservation!

My friend so angry with this old fox!

To response to my friend's remark, I call those lecturers in Far Eastern Bible College as small little foxes! They are ruining the legacy of Bible Presbyterian Church in 9, 9A and 10, Gilstead Road, Singapore.

Rev Dr so and so used to tell me that this old fox like to stab people from behind! This old fox likes to betray people who trusted him.

Sad to say, today, many people like to follow old foxes, rather than following the Lord Jesus Christ.

John Sung spoke in tongues

..... However, in 1935, John Sung was surprised that he began speaking in tongues during a time of intense prayer. What is significant is that he continued to point his Pentecostal audiences to the true Holy Spirit principle of love for one’s brother and power in witnessing.

RAMAT GAN, Israel (AP) — For the past 30 years, Israeli Judaic scholarMenachem Cohen has been on a mission of biblical proportions: Correcting all known textual errors in Jewish scripture to produce a truly definitive edition of the Old Testament.

His edits, focusing primarily on grammatical blemishes and an intricate set of biblical symbols, mark the first major overhaul of the Hebrew Biblein nearly 500 years.

Poring over thousands of medieval manuscripts, the 84-year-old Cohen identified 1,500 inaccuracies in the Hebrew language texts that have been corrected in his completed 21-volume set. The final chapter is set to be published next year.

The massive project highlights how Judaism venerates each tiny biblical calligraphic notation as a way of ensuring that communities around the world use precisely the same version of the holy book.

According to Jewish law, a Torah scroll is considered void if even a single letter is incorrect or misplaced. Cohen does not call for changes in the writing of the sacred Torah scrolls used in Jewish rites, which would likely set off a firestorm of objection and criticism. Instead, he is aiming for accuracy in versions used for study by the Hebrew-reading masses.

For the people of the book, Cohen said, there was no higher calling.

"The people of Israel took upon themselves, at least in theory, one version of the Bible, down to its last letter," Cohen said, in his office at Bar-Ilan University near Tel Aviv.

The last man to undertake the challenge was Jacob Ben-Hayim, who published the Mikraot Gedolot, or Great Scriptures, in Venice in 1525. His version, which unified the religion's varying texts and commentaries under a single umbrella, has remained the standard for generations, appearing to this day on bookshelves of observant Jews the world over.

Since Ben-Hayim had to rely on inferior manuscripts and commentaries, numerous inaccuracies crept in and were magnified in subsequent editions.

The errors have no bearing on the Bible's stories and alter nothing in its meaning. Instead, for example, in some places the markers used to denote vowels in Hebrew are incorrect; or a letter in a word may be wrong, often the result of a centuries old transcription error. Some of the fixes are in the notations used for cantillation, the text's ritual chants.

Most of the errors Cohen found were in the final two thirds of the Hebrew Bible and not in the sacred Torah scrolls, since they do not include vowel markings or cantillation notations.

Cohen said unity and accuracy were of particular importance to distinguish the sacred Jewish text from that used by those sects that broke away from Judaism, namely Christians and Samaritans.

To achieve his goal, Cohen relied primarily on the Aleppo Codex, the 1,000-year-old parchment text considered to be the most accurate copy of the Bible. For centuries it was guarded in a grotto in the great synagogue of Aleppo, Syria, out of reach of most scholars like Ben-Hayim. In 1947, a Syrian mob burned the synagogue, and the Codex briefly disappeared before most of it was smuggled into Israel a decade later.

Now digitized, the Codex, also known as the Crown, provided Cohen with a template from which to work. But because about a third of the Codex — nearly 200 pages — remains missing, Cohen had to recreate the five books of Moses based on trends he observed in the Codex as well as from other sources, such as the 11th-century Leningrad Codex, considered the second-most authoritative version of the Jewish Bible.

Cohen also included the most comprehensive commentaries available, most notably that of 11th-century Rabbi Shlomo Yitzhaki, known as Rashi.

The result is the completion of Ben-Hayim's work.

"It was amazing to me that for 500 years, people didn't sense the errors," said Cohen, who wears a knitted skullcap and a gray goatee. "They just assumed that everything was fine, but in practice everything was not fine."

He's not the only scholar to devote decades to the task. In 1976, Rabbi Mordechai Breuer published a version of the Torah based mainly on the Aleppo Codex. The Hebrew University Bible Project in Jerusalem has also been working on a scientific edition of the Hebrew Bible, but theirs is directed toward scholars, while Cohen's output is aimed at wider consumption.

Rafael Zer, the project's editorial coordinator, called Cohen's work "quasi-scientific" because it presents a final product and does not provide the reader a way of seeing how it was reached. He credits Cohen for bringing an exact biblical text to the general public but said it "comes at the expense of absolute accuracy and an absolute scientific edition."

With the assistance of his son Shmuel, a computer programmer, Cohen launched a digital version he hopes will become a benchmark of the Israeli education system. He said his ultimate goal was to "correct the past and prepare for the future."

As a former teacher, Cohen said he took particular pride in a sophisticated search engine that allows even novices to explore his work with ease. He called computers a "third revolution" to affect Jewish scripture, following the shift from scrolls to bound books and the advent of the printing press.

"I want the Bible to be user-friendly," said Cohen, a grandfather of eight. "Today, we can create sources of information and searches that allow you to get an answer to everything you are wondering."
