Our theological views might be different from those of the Synod. "That is not a problem, as long as we don't attack each other." We can maintain our personal positions without demeaning others; we can argue for our views without attacking each other; with eyes to eyes, we look at each other and not only call each other brothers and sisters, this is the spirit of unity.
