Life BPC is stopped from worshipping God

"Last Lord’s Day was the very first instance in the history of our Church when worship services had to be cancelled. This decision was taken in the interest of ensuring the safety of worshippers after several hundred tons of concrete blocks from a foundation load test came crashing down on the road at a construction site across the road. This happened at about 8:25 am during our first worship service." Copied from Life B-P Church Weekly - 23 January 2011. (http://www.lifebpc.com/weekly.php)

Why this thing happened to them, this Life BP church was stopped from worshipping God on Sunday? Because some of these BP pastors are proud, and abusing some servants of God, even until today!!!

Elder Ong Eng Lam from Life Bible Presbyterian Church said:

"Now no point having this doctrine and say that we are right but never apply. The word of God is very clear! Love! For God is love! Where is the element of Love? As we have pointed out the problem with Rev Quek Suan Yew’s letter in last week’s weekly, “Mark those who caused division.” Instead of saying, “I’m sorry, I made an error or I made a mistake” This morning in Calvary Pandan’s Elder’s page he called us Satan. So Life Church Elders are Satan to Rev Quek Suan Yew."

WHAT MAKE A THEOLOGIAN?

THE THEOLOGIAN HIMSELF NEEDS A BRAIN CHECKER!

I say again:

He needs a brain checker! He must not behave like a kind of unchurch worldly people! Not a kind of people who attack his own church and his leaders! Not a kind of people like other people to divorce themselves from their pastors! Not a kind of weird people who like to abandon the old path which is the right path! Not a kind of fanatics who dreams on day and nights with self centred, self ministered, self orientation false teachings.

But a man who lived by faith, not a man lived by sight, on those TR and quarrels! But a man lived by generations and generations, in impressing others to love God in a simple ways as possible as he can! He is a man who is called by God, "Shepherd" to nurture people in all walks of life! He Must not become a quarrelsome man! But a quite man working hard with his own hands! This I called a man with high regards!

I bless you with these few words:

BLEST BE THE TIE THAT BINDS THEOLOGIANS AND PASTORS TOGETHER!

WHAT MAKES YOU A CHRISTIAN?

SOME THEOLOGIANS FORGET ALL ABOUT THIS STATEMENT!

Church seeks to expel bible college from premises, ASHAMED

SINGAPORE: The two organisations have co-existed on the same plot of land for 40 years.

But now, the Life Bible Presbyterian Church is seeking to expel the Far Eastern Bible College (FEBC) from its Gilstead Road premises because of a split in ideologies.

On Monday, the church took its case before the High Court, which is now in the unusual position of being asked, in effect, to decide on a matter of religious doctrine.

The church's lawyers said Monday that the college's new doctrine is "alien" to FEBC and "therefore has altered the identity of the college and the nature and basis of the joint use of the church's premises".

However, lawyers representing FEBC denied the college was part of the church; an agreement made in 1970 between the two parties clearly spell out the parties' respective rights and obligations in regard to the Gilstead Road land, they said.

Relations between the two parties soured sometime in 2002 when Dr Jeffrey Khoo, who was then academic dean of FEBC, began to propagate and rally support for a new doctrine called the Verbal Plenary Preservation, which sought to limit the veracity of the Bible to certain Hebrew and Greek sources.

In effect, this would exclude Chinese and Indonesian translations of the King James version of the Bible, for example, said the church, which rejected the new dogma "because there is no scriptural or other basis for the assertion".

The church said it would cause "unnecessary division and confusion".

The unresolved controversy eventually led to the FEBC leadership forming a breakaway group and another church, registered as the True Life Bible-Presbyterian Church.

In his opening statement, FEBC lawyer Senior Counsel Ang Cheng Hock said his clients were entitled to stay at its current premises because it had previously solicited donations and redeveloped the plot of land for the benefit of both the church and the college.

FEBC also maintained that it has, at all times, appointed its own board of directors independently of the church, kept its own accounts and was thus managed as a separate entity, in accordance with the college's constitution.

If it were a ministry of the church, it would have been "completely unnecessary" for both parties to spell out the parties' respective rights and obligations in regard to the land in 1970, added Mr Ang.

The trial continues.

FEBC and Life BPC

Conflict is exacerbated when the general perception is of the other as inferior, or threatening, or demonic.

Why they want a perfect Bible in the first place?

The theologians in Far Eastern Bible College say here is the clue: 1 Corinthians 13:10 "but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away." They said the perfect refers to "perfect Bible" So, they put words into God's month. No one is sure what "the perfect" means in this verse. But these false theologians said, it is "the perfect Bible." That is why they started to teach Verbal Plenary Preservation in their Bible college. They wanted a perfect Bible so much, until churches split!

Sin of killing priests in Bible Presbyterian Churches in Singapore

Life Bible Presbyterian's elders, pastors and leaders do not care whether you are dead or alive when you are in the mission field, they do not care the life of of a priest or pastor, what they care is what doctrine you are holding on to, they do not care whether you have rice in your bowl or not, but they care how long you are going to walk in fundamentalism. They do not care whether you are sick or not, what they are caring for is whether you are faithfully serving the Lord at this moment. Most of the time they care nothing about you, they dislike those pastors who are no in good term with them, you must behave like one of them, nice to them, if you want them to support you. This proven that they do not have love in their heart, they do not have charity for their fellow pastors, but they care only for doctrines, Bible truth and teachings. They are cruel in other words, they do not care if you are dying nor living, that is sin of killing priest in old testament times. This is an act of sacrilege against the church. They are committing Sin of Sacrilege in fundamentalism. Many pastors are accused of committing a sacrilege because they do not care for missionary, pastors and priests who are working in Bible Presbyterian Churches. These leaders are selfish, and they are going to be judged accordingly. Revenge is from the Lord. Still they are happy go lucky even until now, they like to say to people, if you perish, you perish.

These Bible Presbyterian leaders are disqualified

The leaders in Far Eastern Bible College and Life Bible Presbyterian Church, are disqualified as servant of the Lord. Because the Bible clearly says that the God's servant must not be quarrelsome, but kind, these Bible Presbyterian leaders were suing each other in the lawsuit, they are disqualified and to be expelled to become servant in the kingdom of God. What a shame. 2 Timothy 2:24 (2 Timothy 2) "And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil," ="Greek bondservant" verse 25 "correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth, verse 26 and they may come to their senses and escape from xthe snare of the devil, after being captured by him to do his will. What is the commentary for these Bible verse? 2 Tim. 2:24 Servant is the common word for “slave” or “bondservant” (Gk. doulos), but Paul uses it also to refer to those who preach the gospel, e.g., himself (Rom. 1:1; Gal. 1:10; Titus 1:1) and Epaphras (Col. 4:12). This section (2 Tim. 2:24–26) is a key passage concerning a pastor’s handling of troublesome people in the church. 2 Tim. 2:25 Most interpreters see these opponents as unbelievers who do not have a knowledge of the truth (i.e., salvation). Paul emphasizes the importance of not dealing with such “quarrelsome” people in a “quarrelsome” manner (2 Tim. 2:24) but rather correcting the opponents in a spirit of gentleness (2 Cor. 10:1; Gal. 6:1; Eph. 4:2; 1 Pet. 3:15; cf. gentleness as a fruit of the spirit; Gal. 5:23). This verse further emphasizes the sovereignty of God in granting repentance. 2 Tim. 2:26 come to their senses. Although the fall (Genesis 3) brought about a destructive effect on human reason, salvation brings the ability to begin to see reality. Paul’s regular reference to the false teachers’ lack of knowledge and understanding (e.g., 2 Tim. 2:16, 23; 3:8) points to the fact that they fail to grasp what is really true. the snare of the devil. Paul often describes humanity as enslaved by the devil and in need of rescue (see 2 Cor. 4:4).

The Animal School, Far Eastern Bible College

written by Dr R. H. Reeves:

Once upon a time, the animals decided they must do something heroic to meet the problem of a new world, so they organized a school. They adopted an activity curriculum consisting of running, climbing, swimming and flying. To make it easier to administer, all animals took all the subjects.

The duck was excellent in swimming, better in fact than his instructor, and made excellent grades in flying, but he was very poor in running. Since he was low in running he had to stay after school and also drop swimming to practice running. This was kept up until his web feet were badly worn and he was only average in swimming. But average was acceptable in school, so nobody worried about that except the duck.

The rabbit started at the top of the class in running, but had a nervous breakdown because of so much makeup in swimming.

The squirrel was excellent in climbing until he developed frustrations in the flying class where his teacher made him start from the ground up instead of from the tree-top down. He also developed charley horses from over-exertion he got a C in climbing and a D in running.

The eagle was a problem child and had to be disciplined severely. In climbing class he beat all the others to the top of the tree, but insisted on using his own way of getting there.

At the end of the year, an abnormal eel that could swim exceedingly well and also could run, climb and fly a little had the highest average and was valedictorian.

The prairie dogs stayed out of school and fought the tax levy because the administration would not add digging and burrowing to the curriculum. They apprenticed their children to the badger and later joined the groundhogs and gophers to start a successful private school.

Perfection

1 Cor 13:8

1 Cor 13:8 "Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away." (ESV)

1 Cor. 13:8 Interpreters differ over the time when Paul expects prophecies to pass away and tongues to cease (along with other gifts represented by these examples). The “cessationist” view is that miraculous gifts such as prophecy, healing, tongues, interpretation, and miracles were given to authenticate the apostles and their writings in the early years of the church, but those gifts “ceased” once the entire NT was written and the apostles died (c. a.d. 100). Others hold that Paul expected these gifts to continue until Christ returns, which will be the time when “the perfect” (v. 10) ways of speaking and knowing in the age to come replace the “in part” (v. 9) gifts of this age. Support for the second position is found in v. 12, which indicates that “then” (the time when these gifts will cease) is the time of Christ’s return.

I hold on the second view!
